Further, execution of the Program wrt. design of functionality has to be planned appropriately. Execution also involves management of team, cost, etc. Lead the Flexcube Retail Technology team In Core Banking Transformation Program.

What you'll do

• Lead the Flexcube Retail Technology team In Core Banking Transformation Program
• Manage the team of different IT bsg module leads
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business units, and work closely with compliance and security teams
• Oversee platform deployment, integration, and maintenance, optimizing for performance and reliability
• Manage system upgrades, Audit, Appsec and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

What you need

• 18–20 yrs of experience
