About the role

Workforce Strategy & Manpower Planning Develop the workforce strategy and people roadmap aligned to the plant commissioning and capacity ramp-up plans. HR Business Partnering Partner with Plant Leadership and Project teams to translate business objectives, commissioning milestones and growth plans into an integrated people strategy.

What you'll do

• Work with one the leading conglomerates in India
• Lead HR for a greenfield project of scale, reporting into the Head HR
• Work with internal teams to resolve employee queries in a timely manner
• Lead strategic manpower planning across all stages of project development
• Design white collar workforce models that balance productivity, capability requirements, operational flexibility and cost competitiveness
