About the role

Strengthen employee engagement and industrial harmony across a largely contractual workforce A seasoned IR leader with minimum 10+ years of experience managing large, multi-location workforces, ideally within infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, construction or similar sectors. A high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the Industrial Relations function across a large infrastructure platform

What you'll do

• Lead IR strategy for a large, multi-location infrastructure business
• Lead the Industrial Relations function and align IR strategy with business and operational needs
• Ensure compliance with labour laws (including new labour codes) and statutory requirements
• Handle industrial disputes, grievances and disciplinary processes end-to-end
• Drive contract labour governance and ensure compliance across vendors and contractors
