Head - Investor Relations

About the role

Craft high-impact investor materials including pitch decks, updates, and strategic narratives. A successful Head - Investor Relations should have: Demonstrated success in leading equity and venture debt fundraising processes, including investor engagement, due diligence, and board-level reporting. Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.

What you'll do

• Lead high-impact fundraising & shape long-term growth strategy
• Work directly with leadership on investor strategy & M&A decisions
• Lead end-to-end equity and debt fundraising, including investor identification, outreach, and deal execution
• Build and manage relationships with institutional investors, ensuring consistent and transparent communication
• Partner with leadership to deliver financial insights and support key business and growth decisions

• CFA or MBA or B.Com or BBA
