Head, Media Sales Leader, Amazon Ad Sales

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced business leader to drive Amazon Ads’ direct sales strategy and execution with large brand advertisers across India. The role will lead and develop Amazon Ads’ direct advertiser partnerships, driving media revenue growth through strategic relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, and senior decision-makers at India’s top brands.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive direct sales strategy, building deep relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, and media decision-makers at leading brands
• Lead a team of Media Sales Managers to deliver against revenue targets, pipeline development, and strategic account objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Agency Partnerships, Marketing, Content Product, Ad Tech) to develop advertiser-specific solutions and go-to-market programs
• Design and execute commercial frameworks including pricing strategies, custom media packages, and long-term partnership agreements
• Lead advertiser business planning, quarterly business reviews, and annual media planning conversations
