Head of CSR and Sustainability

About the role

The purpose of this role is to lead Castrol India’s CSR, ESG agendas, ensuring strong governance, compliance and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

• Ensure strong governance, compliance and impact measurement of CSR initiatives and implementation partners
• Build strategic partnerships with NGOs, government, academia and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful social impact
• Lead the carbon reduction roadmap across Scope 1, 2 and relevant Scope 3 emissions, supporting 2030 environmental goals
• Drive sustainability initiatives across circularity, packaging, waste, logistics and used-oil collection
• Build organisational capability and awareness across CSR, ESG and sustainability
