What you'll do

• Customer Community & Advocacy Build and nurture relationships with customers to foster authentic advocacy, not manufactured testimonials
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to identify customers finding real value
• Develop account-level advocacy plans that map priority customers to the right story, format, and moment
• Stand up and run a customer advisory board, giving our most engaged customers a real voice in product direction and go-to-market
• Bring customers and partners together, creating co-marketing moments, joint events, and shared stories that show the strength of the full ecosystem
