What you'll do

• Own the data scaling effort end to end
• Evaluate regions and decide on new markets for scaling
• Pro-actively go in-country to accelerate progress despite not speaking the language
• Be responsible for your regions’ success. This includes hiring regional leads to ensure reliable data flow, designing the correct incentive structures to compress costs
• Repeat this motion as fast as physically possible across the world
