Head of Legal Counsel – Fintech

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to support our fast-growing fintech business. The role will focus on M&A, fundraising, client and commercial contracts , and ongoing legal advisory across business, product, and leadership teams. This is a high-impact role requiring strong deal execution, negotiation skills, and comfort working in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Corporate, M&A & Fundraising
• Lead and support mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships , including due diligence, structuring, and transaction documentation
• Manage fundraising transactions (equity, debt, structured instruments), including term sheets, SHA, SSA, and closing documentation
• Coordinate with external counsels, investors, founders, and internal stakeholders during transactions
• Contracts & Commercial Negotiation
