Head of Marketing

About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who is growth-first, offline-strong, and digitally fluent . This is not a pure brand role. We need someone who understands how to drive acquisition, retention, repeat, and membership growth in a mass-market retail business, while also bringing enough brand instinct to shape how SuperK is perceived by customers.

What you'll do

• Own growth marketing end-to-end across offline, digital, CRM, loyalty/membership, and brand
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, repeat purchase, and engagement across stores and digital channels
• Own digital performance and CRM , with strong focus on funnel thinking, experimentation, and metrics
• Develop creative campaigns that can generate virality, salience, and customer recall , not just efficient media spends
• Shape messaging and copy that resonates with a mass-market, local customer base , rather than premium or metro-first audiences
