Performance Marketing Analyst, Paid Acquisition

About the role

Quality-focused performance management: A track record of improving acquisition efficiency and conversion quality, supported by specific campaign examples and measurable results. Experience running campaigns across multiple countries or for specialized professional audiences. Candidates whose experience is limited to campaign reporting or coordination without hands-on ownership of Meta and Google Ads will not be a fit for this role.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
• Develop targeting strategies across audiences, geographies, job categories, and professional skill sets
• Manage campaign setup, budgets, bidding, creative testing, and ongoing optimization
• Understand priority roles, talent requirements, and marketplace timelines
• Build acquisition plans that reach relevant professionals when and where they are needed
