About the role

To provide strategic and operational leadership of the British High Commission's representational residential estate in New Delhi, comprising the High Commissioner's Residence, Deputy High Commissioner's Residence and associated facilities.

What you'll do

• Responsible for setting standards, managing performance and building capability across a large and diverse workforce
• Lead the overall operation of the New Delhi residences, ensuring they remain high-quality platforms for engagement, hospitality and official activity
• Lead the residences' commercial and income-generation activity, identifying opportunities to maximise appropriate use of facilities and improve cost recovery
• Lead supplier and contract management, ensuring high standards of service delivery and effective use of public funds
• Provide strategic oversight of events, hospitality and visitor programmes, ensuring they support the High Commission's priorities and objectives

What you need
