About the role

A successful candidate should have: A strong educational background in engineering or a related field. Significant 20+ years experience in the industrial and manufacturing sector, particularly in the mechanical industry Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large-scale operations of atleast a Top line of 800 cr+

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of multi plant setups and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity in machining and stamping processes
• Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to drive innovation and maintain product quality standards
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on quality
• Lead and mentor teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
