About the role

Reporting to the Head of Operations you will: Plan and oversee engineering and manufacturing projects from start to finish. We're looking for someone who has: Demonstrated track record of having delivered at least one GMP-certified pharmaceutical manufacturing facility from design through to commercial operation, with a project value of USD 10 million or above.

What you'll do

  • Ensure GMP documentation (URS, DQ, FAT/SAT protocols, SOP framework) is initiated early and completed in parallel with construction - not retrospectively
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
