About the role

10-15 years of experience in hands on talent acquisition role with experience in managing HR for few years. Proven success in leading recruitment and talent acquisition functions, ideally within technology, fintech, product, or other high-growth environments. Recruitment-first mindset with the ability to build talent pipelines, enhance sourcing strategies, and drive hiring outcomes.

What you'll do

• Build a best-in-class talent acquisition function from scratch
• Partner directly with leadership and shape workforce growth
• Lead and own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on attracting and hiring top-tier engineering and technology talent
• Partner closely with senior leadership to drive workforce planning and ensure hiring targets are achieved within aggressive timelines
• Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, HR administration, and people operations to support organisational growth
