Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to own hiring and core people operations at Human Archive. This is not a role for someone who wants to build slow recruiting systems. We need someone who can move extremely fast, operate under pressure, and hire at massive scale across a wide range of roles.

What you'll do

• End-to-end hiring across field operations, field sales, managers, data annotators, and other high-volume operational roles
• Building sourcing pipelines capable of producing hundreds of qualified candidates
• Screening, interviewing, coordinating, closing, and getting candidates to join quickly
• Working directly with founders to understand rapidly changing headcount needs
• Designing recruiting processes that optimize for speed without compromising quality
