  • Work with CHRO and Promoters directly
  • Lead end-to-end hiring for senior leadership and executive mandates across business units and corporate functions
  • Drive recruitment for CXO, CXO-1, and critical succession roles across the organization
  • Partner closely with Promoters, CHRO, CEO, and business leaders to define leadership talent requirements and hiring strategies
