What you'll do

• Manage Product Level P&L for Mortgage loans
• Drive Key business levers – Rates / Fees / Product Mix / Profile Mix
• Drive business through campaigns, schemes, Offers, contests, distribution initiatives etc
• Optimize processes & drive automation/digitization. Take up initiatives for Cost abatement
• Evaluate Upsell and Cross Sell / Bundling prospects
