Experience leading high-performing teams within matrixed global organizations. Advanced analytical capabilities with experience leveraging data and reporting to drive decisions.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing Global Reward & Performance Operations team
• Own end-to-end delivery of reward and performance operations across multiple geographies
• Drive the Annual Reward Cycle (ARC), Global Calibration, Long-Term Incentives, and Sales Incentive administration
• Ensure accurate execution of reward processes through Workday and other HR systems
• Drive operational excellence through standardization, simplification, and process optimization
