Healthcare & Life Sciences Consultant/Senior Consultant

About the role

As a Consultant/ Senior Consultant, you will lead client projects, taking charge of structuring and coordinating the activities of a team of consultants and/or associates to develop cohesive strategies in collaboration with the client. A key aspect of your role will be maintaining and strengthening client relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted business advisor to mid-management levels within client organizations.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end execution of consulting engagements, from scoping and hypothesis development to insight delivery and presentation
• Supervise and mentor a team of consultants/associates to build structured, evidence-backed strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients; manage expectations, communicate insights clearly, and build trusted relationships
• Conduct high-quality primary and secondary research, market analysis, and benchmarking using a range of tools and sources
• Translate client challenges into structured problem statements and develop actionable, data-driven solutions and recommendations

What you need
