💼 Position: Senior Relationship Manager - Motor (Insurance) 🎓 Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field

What you'll do

  • 🔹 Drive and grow motor insurance sales to achieve and exceed business targets
  • 🔹 Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key dealers, agents, and channel partners
  • 🔹 Lead and mentor junior team members to improve overall team performance
  • 🔹 Identify new business opportunities and expand the motor insurance portfolio
  • 🔹 Oversee renewals, endorsements, and ensure high client retention rates
