About the role

IndiaMart looking to hire a Telesales Executive job in Kochi for Freshers to expand team in Kerala, Opportunity to join India's largest online B2B marketplace along with a fast-paced career progression. Ideal candidate will responsible to drive sales activities within assigned region in Kerala, You will also be responsible calling the Kochi customers and answering all their questions related to purchase orders.

What you'll do

  • Firstly, you’ll work as individual contributor
  • Build and manage productive and also professional relationships with Kochi clients using telephonic and/or video conversations
  • Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMart
  • Ensure products/services in clients e-catalog are accurately defined
  • Prompt resolution of Kerala client complaints
