HMPO Assistant Document Verification Officer, Grade- AO, New Delhi

About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to support HMPO by conducting verification checks on supporting documents submitted for complex British passport applications from India, and by overseeing the distribution of British passports to Visa Application Centres (VACs). The successful candidate will be expected to consistently meet targets for quality, efficiency, and customer service.

• Use the Case management tool to maintain clear and concise electronic records of referrals received and checks carried out
• Use of HMPO databases and tools
