HR Admin & Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin & Operations Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage HR administration, office operations, employee coordination, and day-to-day business support activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the flexibility to travel across Mumbai when required.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents
• Support payroll inputs and employee lifecycle management
