About the role

General Responsibility across business:-1) Responsible for end to end employee life cycle management -Issue of Offer letter/Appointment letter/Confirmation letter, Maintaining Personnel Files, Exit activity, Acceptance resignation, exit interview, Nodues formality, Separation & Attrition report. Also look through if the KRA set by the company is being followed.
