What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to support strategic initiatives
- Extract, analyse, and interpret data from Workday and other HR systems to generate custom reports for leadership
- Perform trend analysis , headcount tracking , and workforce metrics reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards
