About the role
Senior leadership role owning industrial relations, statutory labour compliance, core HR and overall plant administration. Manage industrial relations for the workmen and contract labour workforce. Ensure compliance under the Factories Act, PF / ESI, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Payment of Gratuity, Bonus and Minimum Wages laws, and the Labour Codes.

- Handle labour department licences, registrations, returns and inspections
