HR & Recruitment Executive

About the role

The HR & Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle — from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding, attendance, employee documentation, performance coordination and exits. The primary responsibility will be recruitment and team building . Understand hiring requirements from department heads and management.

What you'll do

• Prepare and publish job descriptions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Instahyre, referrals and other channels
• Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews
• Manage offer letters and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring dashboards
