Looking for a highly organized and motivated HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will play a key role in facilitating HR processes, managing employee records, assisting in recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. What you'll do

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Help administer employee benefits and payroll processes
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops
