What you'll do

• Support the in-processing and out-processing of team members, including the preparation of offer letters
• Manage and track the distribution of IT equipment for Asia based employees
• Review employee expense reimbursements using expense management software
• Review all travel requests and booking inquires for Asia-based employees
• Assist with the research and preparation of new HR orientation materials and various HR-related policies

What you need

• 0–5 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• Recruitment
• Any graduate
