HR Associate Payroll

About the role

The HR Payroll Associate will work closely with the HR Manager and coordinate closely with Finance to own end-to-end payroll processing, HRMS administration, and employee lifecycle documentation for iTeach Schools across Pune and Mumbai. This role is critical in ensuring that every employee is paid accurately and on time, that statutory compliance is never at risk, and that payroll data stays audit ready as the organization scales.

What you'll do

• This role is for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving payroll-related challenges, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
• Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, strong controls, and smooth employee experience
• Collect and validate monthly payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, reimbursements, deductions etc Audit attendance and leave data before payroll processing
• Share all relevant data with the finance team to process payroll for employees, consultants and interns
• Maintain any and all kinds of HR data pertaining to employees
