• Serve as a trusted partner to regional leaders
• Act as the trusted, primary HR advisor and coach for managers and senior leaders in your market on a wide range of topics, including team effectiveness
• Translate the regional business agenda into actionable people priorities, aligned with our global HR strategy
• Provide expert guidance on local labour laws and cultural nuances so that HR practices are compliant and effective across all markets in your scope
• Activate and localise global HR initiatives
