HR Business Partner – Clubhouse Team

About the role

We are looking for a hands-on and people-focused HR Business Partner to closely work with our Clubhouse teams across store operations and supply chain functions. In this role, you will act as a bridge between central HR and on-ground teams, helping shape people practices that improve retention, engagement, performance, and overall employee experience.

What you'll do

• Partner closely with store and supply chain teams to understand workforce challenges, operational dynamics, and attrition drivers
• Travel regularly to stores and warehouses to stay connected with employees, managers, and on-ground operations
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for all people-related matters within the Clubhouse organization
• Identify gaps in existing people practices and drive initiatives focused on retention and engagement
• Drive the performance management process across store and supply chain teams
