HR Business Partner

About the role

As our HR Business Partner, you will be the people partner to our trading, quant research and technology leaders across the full employee lifecycle. We stay deliberately lean, so much of our people infrastructure is still being built: you will create it, not maintain it. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build credibility with senior leadership and some of the sharpest technologists in the industry.

What you'll do

• Partner with founders and desk/team leads on org design, team structure, succession and workforce planning
• Translate business priorities, such as new desks, asset classes or the Singapore expansion, into clear people plans and hiring roadmaps
• Use people data (attrition, engagement, compensation, hiring funnel) to surface risks early and recommend action
• Talent acquisition and campus programmes
• Partner with the recruitment team on lateral and campus hiring strategy, including campus selection PPO conversion and FTE offer planning
