HR Business Partner - Senior Associate

About the role

Manager and resolve employee relation issues Including complaints, investigations, allegations, and workplace concerns

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with applicable national and local labour laws
• Oversee and support with maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping and reporting
• Partner with others across the HR function and other Corporate/Delivery Teams to execute firm-wide talent initiatives
• Plan, implement, communicate, and administer bandmate programs related to inclusion, Employee engagements and community service initiatives
• Build strong partnerships with leaders and stakeholders to deliver service excellence aligned with organizational goals
