What you'll do

• Respond to internal and external HR inquiries, distributing correspondence to the right person of the team
• Maintain records of personnel-related data — payroll inputs, personal information, leaves, and transfers — in the systems of record
• Coordinate the HR calendar: interviews, reviews, trainings, and the deadlines between them
• Use: HRIS platforms, Excel, ATS scheduling tools and calendar systems, Google Workspace
