HR Coordinator Job

About the role

HR Coordinator jobs in Delhi at CryptoMize are open on a rolling, always-hiring basis — an always-hiring agency has to run its own hiring with the same discipline it sells. This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, inside the people-operations cell that manages the administrative backbone of the HR function.

What you'll do

• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries, provide assistance, and redirect calls or distribute correspondence to the right member of the team
• Maintain records of personnel-related data — payroll inputs, personal information, leave, turnover rates — in both paper files and the HRIS database
• Support the recruitment and hiring process: sourcing candidates, performing reference and background checks, assisting shortlisting, and issuing employment contracts
• Use: HRIS platforms, Applicant tracking systems, Excel for headcount and turnover analytics, Google Workspace for scheduling and correspondence
