HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive who will primarily handle recruitment activities (70%) along with HR operations (30%). The role involves end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, coordination with Admin, HR Operations and HRBP teams, employee engagement, and general HR administration.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments
• Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other job portals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
