About the role

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring compliance with regulations. Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts effectively.
