About the role

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and workforce deployment. Lead bulk hiring initiatives, campus recruitment drives, walk-in campaigns, and niche talent acquisition projects for critical business functions.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop strategic hiring plans aligned with organizational goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and workforce deployment
• Lead bulk hiring initiatives, campus recruitment drives, walk-in campaigns, and niche talent acquisition projects for critical business functions
• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure timely availability of skilled resources for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment
