What you'll do

• Be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resource functions of the organization, including recruitment, training, performance management
• Work closely with other senior managers and department heads to ensure the alignment of human resource policies and practices with the organization's vision, mission
• Developing and implementing human resource strategies and plans that support the organization's objectives and priorities
• Leading and supervising the human resource team and ensuring the delivery of high [1] quality services to internal and external stakeholders
• Managing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of qualified candidates
