HR Executive

About the role

Handle end-to-end recruitment for client and internal requirements. Source, screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, references, databases and social media. Coordinate interviews, selection, salary negotiation, offers and joining formalities. Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker and daily/weekly MIS.Follow up with candidates until joining and minimize dropouts.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with clients/site supervisors for manpower requirements and recruitment status
• Handle bulk and urgent recruitment requirements
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
