HR Executive

About the role

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This includes but is not limited to recruiting and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.

What you'll do

• Recruit, interview and hire employees for the organization
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Manage employee benefits and compensation
• Organize and conduct employee training and development programs

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• Labour law
• MS Office
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Recruitment
• BBA
