What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-level marketing and operations roles—from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and compliance for new hires across multiple project teams
• Support HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination with finance
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment with business goals
• Organize internal events, culture initiatives, and employee engagement activities to boost retention
