HR Executive - Payroll & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage payroll operations, employee data, statutory compliance and employee grievances relating to payroll and benefits. The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of payroll processing, PF, ESI, statutory requirements and HR data management, with the ability to provide timely and accurate support to employees.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing in coordination with internal teams and external payroll partners, where applicable
• Ensure salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, leave data, attendance data and other payroll components are processed accurately and on time
• Validate payroll reports and ensure payroll activities are completed within required deadlines
• Maintain accurate payroll records and protect the confidentiality of employee salary information
• Respond to employee queries and grievances relating to salaries, deductions, reimbursements, tax declarations, payslips and payroll corrections
