HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and documentation while ensuring smooth HR functioning.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and salary negotiations
• Prepare job descriptions and coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements
