HR Executive

About the role

Conduct comprehensive, regular vendor audits to ensure contractors and third-party partners comply with statutory labor laws, minimum wage regulations, and Honeywell's internal integrity policies. Apply a strong working knowledge of the New Wage Code to evaluate current compliance structures, ensuring a seamless transition and strict legal adherence.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive, regular vendor audits to ensure contractors and third-party partners comply with statutory labor laws, minimum wage regulations
• Maintain, review, and monitor all essential HR compliance documentation, registers, and records as mandated by state and central labor authorities
• Identify compliance gaps or irregularities within vendor operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement immediate corrective actions
• Generate standard compliance dashboards, audit reports, and risk assessments for HR leadership
• Act as a key liaison between HR, vendors, and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of uncompromising compliance
