HR Generalist–Assistant/Deputy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations including Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory Compliance (ESI, PF), Employee Engagement, and Performance Management Systems. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and induction plans
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
