HR Generalist / HRBP

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, people-centric HR professional who can take end-to-end ownership of employee-related initiatives and act as a key bridge between employees, management and business stakeholders. The role will focus on driving the overall employee experience, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring seamless execution of people-related processes and initiatives.

What you'll do

• Employee Engagement & Experience: Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programmes, cultural initiatives and workplace events
• Performance & Talent Management: Coordinate performance reviews, feedback discussions, employee development initiatives and retention strategies
