What you'll do
- HR Operations (India & U.S.)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related questions and employee support in India, while providing operational support for the U.S. team
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and coordination of systems access
- Maintain and regularly audit employee records in HR systems (e.g., Paylocity, Notion), ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage time-off tracking, attendance, and leave administration in line with local laws and company policies
